Go inside the making of “Becoming You,” Apple’s new docuseries on childhood development

Apple TV+ yesterday shared a making-of video for “Becoming You,” a six-part global docuseries that deals with childhood development and spans 11 countries around the globe.

“Becoming You” revolves around our first 2,000 days on Earth that shape the rest of our lives. Narrated by Olivia Colman, the docuseries is told through the eyes of over a hundred children across the world, from Nepal to Japan and Borneo.

And here’s the official trailer for “Becoming You”:

Apple’s description of the show:

Each episode offers a thought-provoking look at how children learn to think, speak and move, from birth to age 5. It underscores how different our journeys can be, but ultimately tells the story of our shared humanity and community when it comes to raising children. This series is produced by Wall to Wall Media and is executive produced by Leanne Klein and Hamo Forsyth.

The first six episodes of “Becoming You” are now available exclusively on Apple TV+. Apple TV+ will also debut another documentary series  — “Earth at Night in Color” — on December 4. Last month, it premiered “Tiny World,” an animal docuseries with stunning macro-photography.
