Apple has issued a relatively minor update to its TestFlight app, but has added a new feature to the mix anyway.
On Wednesday, Apple updated the TestFlight app for iOS devices to version 3.0.0. Despite the uptick to a major milestone version number, the latest software is generally pretty mild. However, it does add one new feature: automatic updates. This isn’t for the app itself, but rather for the beta builds of apps being tested with TestFlight.
No, for folks who are testing multiple builds of several apps, this latest update will make it easier to make sure those beta releases are on the latest version.
