Apple will reportedly launch a $9.99 Showtime and CBS All Access for Apple TV+ soon

If you are a fan of Showtime and CBS All Access, but don’t necessarily want to pay the full subscription price for both, then Apple may have a fix for you.

According to a report from Bloomberg on Thursday, Apple is going to launch its first discounted bundle option for Apple TV+ as soon as next week. The report says the new bundle, which will include both Showtime and CBS All Access premium networks for just a single $9.99 single subscription, could launch as early as Monday, August 17. This will technically be an Apple TV Channels bundle, both of which are available individually (Showtime is priced at $10.99 per month, CBS All Access typically costs $9.99 per month, but there’s a $5.99 option as well).

The new bundle will be priced at just $9.99 per month for both, so it’s quite the savings for folks who want to watch content on both platforms.

It’s worth noting here that the report says that this bundle is available for Apple TV+ subscribers — so it doesn’t look like it will simply be available for general consumption, but rather as a bit of a bonus for those who subscribe to Apple’s streaming platform as well. Apple TV+ costs $4.99 per month.

If this does pan out, we’ll know soon enough. If the new bundle does go live, will you be signing up for it? Let us know in the comments.
