Following the Exxon and Mobil special offer last month, Apple is now awarding new Apple Card holders a cool $50 Daily Cash bonus when they use their card for an Apple service.
A limited-time offer
New Apple Card holders will get their $50 Daily Cash bonus the firs time they subscribe to one of Apple’s services with the card, such as Apple Music and Apple Arcade, or spend money in the App or iTunes Store on apps, movies, TV shows, electronic books and other content.
The limited-time promotion is only valid for new card signups and runs through the end of July. So, if you’re thinking about using your Apple Card to pay for monthly iCloud storage, you won’t be eligible for the $50 bonus unless you signed up for your card in July.
The fine print notes:
Valid only for new Apple Card holders who open an account July 1, 2020 through July 31, 2020 and make any purchase from Apple Services in the United States within 30 days of opening an Apple Card account. Limit one offer per account.
After a qualifying purchase has been made with an Apple Card, a user will soon see their bonus in form of a $50 Daily Cash transferred to their Apple Cash card. And if you do not have an Apple Cash card, your Daily Cash can be applied by you as a credit on your statement balance.
Are you an Apple Card holder?
Apple and Goldman Sachs are yet again allowing Apple Card customers to defer their monthly payment for July without incurring interest due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The companies also offer people with not-so-great credit score who got denied for the card a way to see how to improve their credit report so they hopefully get approved for the Apple Card in the future.
Currently unavailable to customers who live outside the United States, Apple Card is a credit card that uses the MasterCard payment network and is issued by Goldman Sachs. It’s designed primarily to be used with Apple Pay on Apple devices such as an iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch or Mac, but can be used without any issues as a regular credit card for in-store payments too.
