CleanMyMac, an excellent macOS optimization, cleaning and anti-malware app by MacPaw, is available on the Mac App Store starting today 12 years after its initial release.
Before today, CleanMyMac was available only as direct download through the MacPaw website and via Setapp, their $10 per month Mac software subscription service. According to Julia Petryk, who is MacPaw’s PR head, the number of CleanMyMac’s downloads since its inception has exceeded 20 million.
