Whether you use alarm clocks to wake up every morning for work or you casually use them to wake up for special events that occur every so often, you might find yourself in a situation where alarm times change or you no longer need an alarm you’ve used previously.
If you use your iPhone as an alarm clock and find yourself in either of the two scenarios described above, then you might enjoy a newly released and free jailbreak tweak dubbed Delete All Alarms by iOS developer 0xkuj. Just as the name implies, this tweak lets you delete all your Clock app’s alarms in one fell swoop as opposed to deleting them one-by-one as Apple currently compels you to.
As shown in the screenshot example above, Delete All Alarms adds a new ‘Delete All’ option to the top-right corner of the Clock app when viewing the Alarms pane in editing mode. Users can still delete their alarms individually if they want to, but the Delete All option comes in handy if you want to clear all your alarms with just a tap.
After tapping the Delete All button, the tweak kicks you out of alarm editing mode automatically, eliminating an extra step that might otherwise seem cumbersome to the end user.
To be clear, you can also ask Siri to remove all your alarms for you right out of the box, but there are plenty of instances where users opt not want to do this. Perhaps the best example is being in a very loud environment where Siri can’t really understand what you’re saying; another example might be having a personal preference of preferring of interfacing with your touch screen over talking to your iPhone. Whichever way you swing, we’re excited that these options exist for users of all types.
Delete All Alarms doesn’t come with any options to configure, and given its sleek integration with iOS’ native Clock app, we don’t think it really needs any. Those interested in trying Delete All Alarms can download it for free from the BigBoss repository via their preferred package manager. Moreover, the tweak supports jailbroken iOS 12 and 13 devices.
