Apple Developer app

Apple today has updated its official developer iOS app with a few key changes, bringing more options for watching videos and sharing content.

The update is available now, and, as is par for the course, it’s free. This update brings the version number up to 8.1, and with it app users will be able to watch videos at multiple playback speeds, based on their needs. The app update also brings with it the ability for users to interact with full video transcripts as well. The Discover tab also makes it quick and easy to share stories and view them on the web.

The app update also brings with it general improvements to accessibility features, as well as other behind-the-scenes bug fixes and enhancements.

The Apple Developer app is the rebranded version of the former WWDC app. Apple made that change back in November of 2019.

The Apple Developer iOS app is available now in the iOS App Store.
