Apple Park drone video shows a nearly abandoned campus

The coronavirus pandemic has forced campus closure at the Apple Park headquarters as the Cupertino company was forced to send most of its corporate employees to work from home.

This is evidenced by a new video from drone pilot Duncan Sinfield, who had been previously documenting construction progress at the Apple Park site before its completion.

And here’s Duncan’s birds-eye video of the nearly empty Apple Park campus.

“Apple Park in Cupertino is in the heart of Santa Clara County, the Northern California epicenter for coronavirus outbreak,” Duncan noted in the video description. The Apple Park campus, he said, including the Visitor’s Center, is now closed.

Like many other companies, Apple’s sent many of its employees to work from home beginning March 8 to help fight the coronavirus pandemic and slow down the spread of COVID-19.
