Moving right along with the next beta version of its popular operating systems, Apple is preparing the software ahead of a public launch.
Update: Apple has seeded the fifth developer beta of watchOS 6.2. To add the latest version of the pre-release software, developers need to make sure that the Apple Watch has at least 50% battery life, it’s connected to the charger, and connected/within range of the iPhone.

To get there, Apple has seeded the latest pre-release software to developers. On Tuesday, Apple officially seeded the fifth betas of iOS 13.4, iPadOS 13.4, tvOS 13.4, and macOS Catalina 10.15.4 to developers.
iOS 13.4 welcomes with it a variety of new features:
The new “CarKey” APIÂ will let iPhones and Apple Watches unlock, lock, and start NFC-equipped automobiles. In addition to that, iOS 13.4 also welcomes nine new Memoji sticker types, a redesign of the Mail toolbar, Screen Time Communication Limits for macOS, the return of iCloud Drive folder sharing, and, finally, along with the beta seed of Xcode 11.4, developers can now bundle apps into a single purchase across iOS and macOS.
A previous beta of iOS 13.4 also revealed that Apple appears to be planning over-the-air operating system recovery for iOS devices.
Developers with registered profiles can install the latest beta right now for iOS and iPadOS. It can be downloaded from the Apple Developer center. Developers can also now download and install the latest betas for the other major operating systems as well.
A corresponding beta for public beta testers will likely be seeded in the near future.
