Director David Leitch uses the iPhone 11 Pro to capture a cinematic ‘Snowbrawl’

The iPhone 11 Pro (and iPhone 11!) is equipped with a powerful camera setup, so it makes sense that Apple comes up with new ways to showcase its abilities.

This time around it’s a “Snowbrawl”. This short film is actually shot by director David Leitch (Deadpool 2, Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw), and it showcases a “cinematic snowball fight”. Apple’s attached description of the video reiterates that the iPhone 11 Pro has the “highest-quality video” in a smartphone.

I’m just going to get out of the way of this one and let the Snowbrawl commence:

So that initial video is almost two minutes in length. But that’s not all we have to work with today. Apple also published a behind the scenes look at the making of “Snowbrawl”, which is also a couple minutes in length.

Go behind the scenes with director David Leitch as he turns a snowball fight into an epic action movie.

And here’s the BTS video:

It is all indeed pretty cinematic! There’s no denying that the camera system in the iPhone 11 Pro is ridiculously good, especially when it’s put in the hands of a director like Leitch. Even better, though, is that it gives general iPhone owners, the ones who aren’t major film directors, the ability to capture some great shots on their own, too.
