Shortly after the 13.2 release went public, HomePod owners discovered that if they installed 13.2, reset their HomePod or removed it from the Home app, the smart speaker would become non-functional. If you find yourself in that situation, unfortunately, there’s no direct way for you to upgrade to this new version. Apple advises customers with this issue to contact Apple support for assistance.
