Earn the 2019 Veterans Day badge in Apple’s upcoming Activity challenge

Apple’s next Apple Watch Activity challenge will target Veterans Day on Monday, November 11.

As first discovered by Kyle Seth Gray, via 9to5Mac, the Cupertino company updated its servers today in preparation for the next Apple Watch challenge. Concretely, you’ll be able to earn the 2019 Veterans Day badge by finishing a workout of at least eleven minutes in duration on Veterans Day next Monday, November 11.

You can log a workout in Apple’s Workout app or using a third-party app that writes data to the Health app. Successfully finishing this challenge will earn you a badge featuring the American flag and gold star. You’ll also get a matching sticker for iMessage and FaceTime.

It appears Apple hasn’t updated the award because it’s precisely the same as last year.

As is its wont, Apple will formally announce the new special challenge on Saturday, November 9 with a press release and a notification issued to the Apple Watch wearers in the United States (because Veteran’s Day is a US-only holiday).

Will you be taking this upcoming challenge by Apple?
