The entire first season of ‘Dickinson’ will be available when Apple TV+ debuts November 1

After sharing a new trailer for its upcoming Apple TV+ original show “Dickinson”, Apple’s confirmed that the entire first season will be available via Apple TV+ from day one.

Apple celebrated the show’s impending launch by holding a global premiere of “Dickinson” at St. Ann’s Warehouse in Brooklyn, New York yesterday. “Beginning November 1, the complete season, including all ten episodes, will be available to stream in over a hundred countries and regions around the world,” the company notes.

Looks like Apple is employing different strategies when it comes to Apple TV+ shows.

The upcoming sci-fi thriller “For All Mankind” will also hit Apple TV+ on November 1 with three launch episodes available and new episodes rolling out weekly, every Friday. Other shows are on their own schedule, but most of them don’t appear to be available for binge watching, at least not initially. By the way, Apple has reportedly renewed “Dickinson”, “For All Mankind”, “See” and a few other shows for second seasons.

Written and created by Alena Smith, “Dickinson” stars Oscar-nominee Hailee Steinfeld, plus Jane Krakowski, Toby Huss, Anna Baryshnikov, Ella Hunt and Adrian Blake Enscoe.

From the official blurb:

‘Dickinson’ is a half-hour comedy series that audaciously explores the constraints of society, gender and family from the perspective of rebellious young poet Emily Dickinson. Set in the 19th century, the series is a coming-of-age story that finds Emily to be the unexpected hero for our millennial generation.

The comedy series is set to release exclusively on Apple TV+ on November 1.
