Apple launches a dedicated press site for Apple TV+ original content

On November 1, Apple is going to launch its streaming service Apple TV+, which will be the home of original content like films and TV series.

Today, Apple has launched a press site (via MacRumors) for Apple TV+, which is dedicated to the press side of things related to the upcoming subscription service. That means interested parties will be able to find not only the synopsis for each show or film, as well as other production information (like the cast and studio, as well as the release date), but also press contacts for reach title, too.

Each dedicated page for the upcoming original content includes a lot of information, breaking down the cast and crew for each title, too. There are also photos and videos to peruse. Each page also has a TV rating, like “TV-MA” or “TV-Y” — but doesn’t go into any specific detail as to why the show or film has that rating.

At the time of publication, there are 15 titles listed:

  • For All Mankind
  • See
  • Dickinson
  • The Morning Show
  • Oprah’s Book Club
  • The Helpsters
  • Ghostwriter
  • Snoopy in Space
  • The Elephant Queen
  • Servant
  • Hala
  • Truth Be Told
  • Little America
  • The Banker
  • Little Voice

More titles will be added as time progresses and Apple announces new content. For instance, we just heard about the new Masters of the Air, the follow-up to the wildly popular Band of Brothers and The Pacific, both of which originally aired on HBO.

When Apple TV+ arrives, it will cost $4.99 per month. Apple is offering different options for free trials, though, including a three-month free trial with a voucher. And if you buy a new Apple product that can stream Apple TV+, as of the middle of September of this year, you can get a free year of Apple TV+.

Is there any specific show or film you’re interested in most coming to Apple TV+?
