T-Mobile will support Apple Card’s 3% Daily Cash rewards

One of the benefits of the brand new Apple Card is its 3% Daily Cash rewards. And it keeps getting better as Apple expands its availability beyond its own stores.

On Thursday, T-Mobile officially announced that Apple Card customers can shop at its physical retail stores and get 3% Daily Cash rewards for using the credit card with Apple Pay. The rollout of the 3% rewards is meant to coincide with the launch of the iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro, which go on sale at T-Mobile (and many other stores) on Friday, September 20.

This makes T-Mobile the first, and currently the only, wireless carrier to offer 3% Daily Cash for using the Apple Card and Apple Pay.

We’re all about giving customers the best value in wireless, and we’re doing it again by offering 3% Daily Cash on Apple Card,” said John Legere, CEO of T-Mobile. “More options. More value. And cash back, including on Apple’s newest products. It’s just the Un-carrier way.

Apple has made it known that it will be expanding support for its 3% Daily Cash rewards to more merchants over time. It has already been doing that since the Apple Card’s launch earlier this year. Apple has already expanded the rewards to include Uber and Uber Eats, Walgreens and other Duane Read pharmacies, and now T-Mobile.

And for those keeping track, there are multiple tiers of Daily Cash rewards for the Apple Card: 1% Daily Cash for all purchases made with the physical Apple Card, 2% for all purchases made with the Apple Card via Apple Pay, and the 3% Daily Cash for Apple purchases and the supported third-party merchants.

If you have an Apple Card, are you planning on taking advantage of the new Daily Cash rewards from T-Mobile?
