This tweak adds an auto-brightness toggle button to Control Center

If you’re ready to upgrade Control Center’s display brightness module, then we’d recommend turning your attention to a newly released jailbreak tweak called CCBrightnessExtended by iOS developer Paparajote Team.

In the screenshot examples above, you can see that CCBrightnessExtended augments Control Center’s display brightness module by integrating a toggle that can be used to turn automatic display brightness on or off on demand.

While the ability to move the slider up or down to make fine-tuning adjustments is good enough for most, we particularly appreciate how this tweak makes it easier to turn automatic display brightness on or off – a task that would typically necessitate a visit to the display brightness preference pane in the Settings app to accomplish.

Moreover, the tweak is well-designed; it appears to take well-accepted design cues from Apple’s own Night Shift toggle button, which gives it a native look and feel.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, CCBrightnessExtended doesn’t come with any options to configure, and frankly, it wouldn’t make any sense for it to have any since the tweak does what it’s advertised to do at face value immediately after installation.

If you’d like to download CCBrightnessExtended on your pwned device, then you can download it for free from the BigBoss repository in Cydia or Sileo. The tweak supports all jailbroken iOS 11 and 12 devices.
