According to Apple.com in Saudi Arabia, the mobile payments service Apple Pay is coming soon to the 32 million people country with support from the Saudi Payments Network (MADA).
The news was announced in today’s tweet by MADA, spotted by MacRumors, which reads as “Saudi Payment Network announces it will soon introduce Apple Pay in Saudi Arabia.”
Apple Pay is currently available in nearly three-dozen countries.

Apple CEO Tim Cook confirmed during a recent earnings call that the service is set to launch in Germany later this year. In an interview with an Indian newspaper, Apple’s Eddy Cue confirmed it was on the roadmap for India, but stopped short of giving a launch date.
“We’re working on it, but no date to announce at this point,” he was quoted as saying. “We like to announce a date that we know is a 100%.” It’s also expected to launch in Austria soon.
9to5Mac has learned that Poland’s PKO BP is currently testing the service and the Swedish outlet MacPro alleged Apple Pay would hit Sweden on October 24 with support from Nordea.
According to Apple Pay head Jennifer Bailey, the service is “about making people love their iPhones.” Apple Pay was recently enabled as a convenient payment option on eBay.
