The design drawings upon which the mockup is based suggest that the new handset will measure 157mm long, 77mm wide and 6.7mm thick. Compare this to the iPhone 5s which measures 123.8mm long, 58.6 wide and 7.6mm thick.

Longer and wider than the iPhone 5s and almost as thin as the fifth-generation iPod touch (which measures 123.4mm tall, 58.6mm wide and 6.1mm thick), the 5.5-inch iPhone 6 is said to feature a screen resolution of 1,704-by-960 pixels, or 50 percent more than the current 1,136-by-640 display on the iPhone 5/5s/5c.
