hi, i have problem on my iPhone. i have 3.1.2 but i accidentally upgraded into 3.1.3 modem firmware 05.12.01 if im going to insert Sim card hir Philippines it can’t recognize, no service it says, what will i do/ plz help me..

my uncles iphone 2G is still on the oldest firmware, and when i try to update it through itunes it doesnt let me because he doesnt have a plan anymore. blackra1n didnt work.

I am totally new to Iphones.just bought one 3GS which was factory shipped with base band 5.13.04 and is on iOS4.0 (i havent upgraded to 4.0.1 just yet)
I read the articles on jaibreaking an unlocking & what I understood was that I need to wait before jaibreaking the iOS4x because (its a new phone never jailbroken/unlocked earlier ) so I dont have cydia on my phone yet…Is that understanding correct ?

Lets come to the point yesterday on 28.June.2010 i UNLOCKED my I PHONE 3GS with ULTRASNOW on new baseboard its really essay

1) Jailbreak with SPRIT
2) in CYDIA add http:/repo666.ultrasn0w.com
3) after adding install it

and your devise will be restart simple

Thanks a tonne.. to dev team for unlock.. I was waiting for this unlock since Feb and it is available now.

It is perfect and no issues at all.. it is easy to install and unlock.
