Photos leaked to 9to5Mac point to Apple bringing a spot of white to its next gen iPod touch, with the 5th generation of the popular ‘iPhone-lite’ set to receive the same white glass as the iconic iPhone 4.
The photos, which 9to5Mac says are not yet confirmed to be either legit or, well, not so legit, show what appears to be a white iPod touch’s front screen.
The part appears to be similar in design to the current 4th generation model of the iPod touch, lending credence to rumors that the next incarnation of the device will sport a design not too dissimilar from its current form…. Read More

You might remember a few months ago, when we covered the story of Fei Lam, this kid who had made over $130,000 selling what he claimed to be authentic white iPhone 4 conversion kits via his website. Heck, the kid even sold a kit to Steve Wozniak.

An interesting and somewhat funny piece of information that iDB reader @EpicGameReviews sent us about the white iPhone 4. If you go to Apple’s website, right click on the image of the white iPhone 4 on the homepage, and select “view image” or “image info”, you will see how Apple named the image: white_iphone_hero_20110425.jpg.

An AT&T customer care representative has claimed that Apple has informed the carrier that there will be no new iPhone in June or July of this year. Although general consensus has been that Apple will postpone the next generation iPhone until later this year, there has still been hope that a summer announcement at WWDC would be made.
