Radio Shack

RadioShack selling 32GB Apple TV + HDMI cable bundle for $119.98 online

A few days ago, we told you about an in-store promotion that RadioShack was running to sell the Apple TV for $50 off its retail price. Today, RadioShack is still discounting the Apple TV, and this time you can purchase the popular set top box via RadioShack's online store.

True, it's not as cheap as the $99 price of the earlier deal, and you'll still need to pony up for taxes where necessary, but it's still a big savings over the retail price of a 32GB Apple TV. Best of all, you don't even have to leave your couch to take advantage of the savings.

Score a new Apple TV (32GB) for only $99 at local Radio Shack stores

If you're like me, the most surprising thing about that headline might be that Radio Shack brick and mortar stores still exist. But they do, and if you have one near you, you may be able to score Apple's recently released Apple TV 4 for only $99. That's a cool $50 off the retail price of the 32GB model.

This is a great deal, and it's by far the cheapest we've seen the new Apple TV going for. If you've yet to upgrade, now would be the time to seriously consider doing so.

Apple moves to remove its customer data from RadioShack sale

In another showing of its commitment to protecting the privacy of its users, Apple has intervened in the sale of Radio Shack, which recently filed for bankruptcy, arguing that any information collected during the sale of its own products at RadioShack locations should be left out of the deal.

As noted by Law360 earlier this week, Apple, AT&T and others have objected to the potential sale of their customers' data. The iPhone maker reportedly said that the fallen electronics retailer “doesn’t have the right to sell Apple customer information.”

RadioShack offering 16GB iPhone 5s for $79, 5c for $29

RadioShack has just given us the heads up that it has begun a new iPhone promotion. Starting today, the electronics retailer will be offering the iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c for AT&T, Verizon and Sprint at its 'lowest in-store prices ever.'

Folks looking to snag a newer model iPhone on one of these carriers can pick up a 16GB 5s for $79.99 (with a two-year contract of course) or a 16GB 5c for $29.99. And if you trade in a working iPhone 4s, you could get either phone free...

RadioShack dropping subsidized price on 16GB iPhone 5s to $100

Folks still in the market for an iPhone 5s may be interested to know that RadioShack will soon be offering a significant discount on the handset. Starting tomorrow, the nationwide retailer will begin selling the 16GB model of the 5s for just $99.99 in-store with a qualifying 2-year contract.

That's $100 cheaper than most carriers and third party sellers have the entry-level iPhone 5s priced at, and is among one of the best deals we've seen on the smartphone. Additionally, RadioShack says it's offering a $100 credit for folks trading in an eligible iPhone 4s, making the 5s free...

RadioShack offering free $100 gift card with purchase of 16GB Wi-Fi iPad mini

Those of you in the market for an iPad mini right now will definitely want to check out your local RadioShack. The retailer has informed us that it is offering free $100 gift cards with the purchase of entry-level iPad mini models for a limited time.

The promotion only applies for in-store purchases of the 16GB Wi-Fi-only first generation mini, and the gift card can't be used until your next visit. Still, depending on how frequently you shop at RadioShack, this could equate to a $100 discount...

RadioShack and Walmart also offering iPhone 5c discounts

Yesterday, Best Buy launched a new limited-time promotion that provides a free $50 gift card to folks who purchase an iPhone 5c on contract. And since the handset starts at $99, the card essentially cuts the price in half.

Well it looks like Walmart and RadioShack want in on the action, as both retailers have announced that they will be offering similar discounts that will allow customers to score the two-week old handset for as low as $45...

Radio Shack also offering iPhone 5c pre-orders, discounts on various legacy models

In addition to Verizon, Sprint, Walmart and other retailers, it appears that Radio Shack will also be offering iPhone 5c pre-orders tomorrow. The company will be offering every available color: red, blue, pink, green and yellow, on the top 3 carriers.

Additionally, the electronics dealer is also offering discounts on a wide variety of iPhone 5, 4s and 4 handsets—you can get an iPhone 5 on Sprint for $149 on contract. You can also trade-in your old iPhone for up $250, depending on various factors...

Radio Shack to start offering Virgin Mobile iPhone 5 tomorrow

We've been hearing for a while now that the iPhone 5, Apple's flagship handset, was on its way to popular Prepaid carrier Virgin Mobile. Last week a report claimed that the device would launch this Friday, and today comes further confirmation of that.

9to5Mac is reporting that it has learned from a reliable source that retail giant Radio Shack will begin offering Virgin Mobile-flavored iPhone 5 models tomorrow. They'll come in both black and white, and start at $499  with the trade-in of a compatible device...

RadioShack price-matches Best Buy, knocks $50 off iPhone 4S/5 on any carrier

RadioShack previously lowered its asking prices for the iPhone 5 by a cool $25, but that was only for the AT&T version of the popular handset. Sweetening its holiday deal, the American franchise of electronics retail stores has now shaved $50 off both the iPhone 4S and iPhone 5, regardless of your preferred carrier. The retailer is basically price-matching Best Buy's promotion where they also knocked $50 off all iPhone 5 models. Go past the fold for additional terms and conditions...

Both Target and RadioShack knocking $50 off iPhone 4/4S

Those looking to purchase an iPhone in the near future might want to make it a point to check out the prices at their local Target. 9to5Mac is reporting that the retailer is knocking $50 off both 4 and 4S models for all carriers.

This brings the iPhone 4S down to $150 — in line with discounts being offered by regional carriers, and the iPhone 4 down to just $50. And apparently, Target's not the only chain dropping the prices on the popular handsets...

RadioShack Still Has 16GB iPhone 4 Models In Stock for $99

Those looking to score an iPhone on the cheap might be happy to hear that RadioShack is still offering up 16GB iPhone 4 models for just $99 — the same price that carriers are asking for the 8GB version of the handset.

It appears that the nationwide retailer still has some stock left of the old entry-level iPhone 4. And if you're okay with not having the latest and greatest, you can pickup a 16GB iPhone for the lowest price we've seen to date.
