Check out this beautiful Space Black iPhone 7 concept

Prolific designer Martin Hajek was back again on Thursday with a new set of mockup photos for the iPhone 7 in the rumored Space Black colorway. As usual, Hajek’s renderings are gorgeous and the details of the handset match up closely with recent reports.

Following up on its own claim that Apple is looking to add a deep blue color variant to this year's iPhone, Japanese publication Mac Otakara said earlier this week that the hue is going to be closer to a "Dark Space Black," similar to that used for the Apple Watch.

Prolific 3D artist Martin Hajek has taken it upon himself to envision what an iPhone 7 model with a rumored dark blue colorway might look like. The resulting renderings will make you a believer, if for nothing else than the fact that those antenna seams could be far less visible on the dark blue background.

Well known designer and mockup artist Martin Hajek released a new concept for the MacBook Pro on Thursday. As usual, Hajek's renderings are gorgeous, and the details of the laptop design match up closely with recent rumors and reports.

Perhaps the most prominent feature is the OLED touch panel that sits above the keyboard, in place of the function keys. The panel first popped up in an investor note from Ming-Chi Kuo, and it has since been corroborated by other sources.

Apple's next smartphone refresh may or may not bring a major design overhaul to the iPhone that fans have been holding their breath for, but we still fully expect the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus to be worthwhile upgrades in terms of both the looks and the features.

The rumor-mill does think, however, the device could have a cleaner look and feel due to the antenna lines being relocated to the very top and bottom.

The rear camera is said to protrude less from the housing and have a bevelled look and we might even get a pair of grilles at the bottom for stereo speakers. Taking it all in, Dutch 3D artist Jermaine Smit has imagined the iPhone 7 Plus in a concept video.

Modified Russian accessory vendor Feld & Volk, known for customizing iPhones with luxury parts like solid gold volume buttons, has posted a set of renderings based on multiple rumors that call for an iPhone 7 without visible band seams on the back.

Relayed by MacRumors, these high-quality renderings depict what the iPhone 7 would look like assuming the clean back rumor is accurate.

Force Touch parts for Apple's upcoming 'iPhone 6s' and 'iPhone 6s Plus' phones have recently begun shipping in volume.

We even recently got our glimpse into the implementation of a force sensing layer on a leaked iPhone 6s screen. That being said, some people continue to be puzzled as to what benefits, if any, Force Touch would bring to their iPhone experience.

Maximilian Kiener set out to create a nice mockup video which gives us a good idea how pressing an iPhone's screen firmly could be a valuable user interface shortcut.

Jony Ive-designed lightsaber would look like this

An astonishingly detailed profile of Apple's design head Jony Ive that was published last week by The New Yorker makes an interesting side note about an upcoming Star Wars movie.

According to the article, director J.J. Abrams said Ive made “very specific” suggestions about lightsaber design for Star Wars: The Force Awakens movie.

The quote prompted 3D artist Martin Hajek to come up with a batch of renderings showcasing his amusing depiction of a Jony Ive-fied Star Wars lightsaber.

Martin Hajek imagines rumored iPad Pro stylus

Renowned 3D designer Martin Hajek recently published on his personal blog a batch of nice renderings representing his artistic take on Apple's rumored creative stylus accessory.

Hajek's creation “borrows the design language of the iPad Pro” and includes interesting such features as an Apple Watch like digital crown of sorts for additional operations, capacitive +/- slider for adjusting options and a glowing Apple logo.

Our favorite rendering artist, Martin Hajek, has created a gorgeous batch of renderings based on the mockups and information from 9to5Mac's scoop regarding Apple's rumored one-port 12-inch Air.

The images give a closer look at some of the rumored features of the purported notebook that've been making rounds, such as distinct iPhone-like finishes in Silver, Space Grey and Gold.

Video mockup gives a feel of iPad Pro size

The mockup video depicts how a 12.2-inch iPad would stack up against the current-generation current iPads, iPhones and 13-inch MacBook Pro in terms of size. With the iPhone 6 expected to get one of its largest redesigns ever, designers have spent the last year creating concepts of what they believe the handset will look like. Some of them would probably be better suited for a science fiction novel, but others have looked fairly plausible.

I'm sure most of you are as tired of iPhone 6 concepts as I am—between rumors of a redesign and the constant barrage of part leaks, designers have had more to work with than years past—but these new mockups from Thomas Moyano and Nicolas Aichino are worth noting.

The images depict Apple's handset with all of the rumored hardware changes, including the thinner profile, rounded edges and relocated Power button. But there's one major difference between this design and all of the others we've seen thus far: no ugly antenna break lines...
