Verizon offering free streaming in the NFL Mobile App once again

Football season is in full swing once again, and just like last year, Verizon is offering its customers free streaming of live local and primetime games every weekend within the NFL Mobile app.

If you are a Verizon customer, this means that you will be able to stream local games as determined by your location, Thursday Night Football, Sunday Night Football, and Monday Night Football. To make the offer even more appealing, Verizon will not count the data used for NFL Mobile streaming against your data cap.

Live news and live sports coming to TV app

Apple TV got the TV app, alongside iPhones and iPads last year. It allows you to easily discover new content to watch, or pickup where you left off. The biggest downside was that it didn't have access to live TV streams, instead of having to launch apps individually. Apple changes this with the new Apple TV 4K.
