Apple employees who meditate can score this cool Breathe app T-shirt

Apple has a new challenge for its employees

Apple has partnered with the app called 10% Happier: Meditation for a new employee challenge focused on mindfulness and meditation that’s slated to kick off later this month.

As first noted by French blog MacGeneration (Google Translate), employees will be required to meditate for a specific amount of time per day for 25 days total. People who complete the challenge will be awarded with a T-shirt adorned with the familiar blue and green logo of the Apple Watch Breathe app.

The challenge starts today, October 1, 2018.

Participants are required to use the 10% Happier app between 1, 5 or 10 minutes per day, at least, for 25 days. If you don’t like that particular app, you’re free to use Apple’s own Breathe app for Apple Watch or any other app for meditation as long as it logs results in Health.

The new watchOS 5 software brings a redesigned Breathe app with a nicer appearance, hypnotic animations and three animation styles to choose from your Breathe face: Classic, Calm and Focus. And thanks to the much more accurate and faster accelerometer and gyroscope sensors in the new Apple Watch Series 4, fans of the Apple wearable device can now track their yoga sessions, too.
