    I don’t know why but I’m able to set my Apple store app to US billing and it leaves my iTunes as UK billing and made no mention about iCloud subscription. Also on the Store website account info besides US it allows me to change it to another 5 or so countries I’ve never lived in. It shows a really old page from the aqua days.
