Apple on Monday released macOS High Sierra 10.13 beta 6, iOS 11 beta 6, watchOS 4 beta 6, and tvOS 11 beta 6 to registered developers. This new round of beta software comes a week after the release of beta 5 for these platforms.

iOS 11 beta 6

If you’re a developer with a device already running a previous beta version of iOS 11, you can upgrade to iOS 11 beta 6 (build number 15J5360b) over the air using the Software Update mechanism in the Settings app.

While we’re digging into new features and changes in beta 6, you can catch up with all that was new in beta 5 in this video:

watchOS 4 beta 6

Along with iOS 11 beta 6, Apple today seeded watchOS 4 beta 6 (build number 15R5357b) to the registered developers and members of its developer program.

If you’re a developer and would like to install watchOS 4 beta 6 on your Apple Watch over the air, tap My Watch → General → Software Update in the Watch app on your paired iPhone.

Non-developers are not permitted to test the software because the company’s official public beta-testing program currently does not support the watchOS platform.

You can watch everything that was new in watchOS 4 beta 5 in this video:

macOS High Sierra 10.13 beta 6

An over-the-air macOS High Sierra beta 6 (build number 17A344b) download is available through the Mac App Store’s Updates tab. The full installer can be grabbed from Apple’s Dev Center portal for developers.

tvOS 11 beta 6

The iPhone maker today released a sixth beta (build number 15J5360b) of the upcoming tvOS 11 software update for the fourth-generation Apple TV to its registered developers and members of the paid Apple Developer Program, ahead of its scheduled release in the fall.

Hope this update can fix WiFi issues I’m currently having

    • John

Have you reported the issue you’re currently experiencing?

      • Fabio

Yes I have reported it, that is why I am hoping it to be resolved in this new update

      • Jose Rivera

What issues are you having in general? With me it’s mostly just compatibility issues and some bugs with the music controls on the lock screen and all over the OS in general. One of them is that I cannot control music on my phone anymore once I started watching a video of playing media from any other app on the phone. Even the preinstalled ones.

If had a few issues also, I did a full reset on the device and I fixed all of them.

I was having a major WiFi issue, the connection was incredibly slow, no matter which network I would connect to. At first I thought it could be just a network issue, but I have tried to connect to several WiFi hotspots and all of them was presenting slowdowns. There was also a bug with live wallpaper on lockscreen, not to mention battery drain (which I didn’t even take into account, since it’s a beta) (and I’m sorry for my poor English).

I always find it amusing when blogs like this warn “non-developers” not to install beta software because of some policy and yet they are generally the first group of people to install it and share every little change found.

Must be a carrier update, Vodafone uk still has old layout

      • burge

EE has had this since about beta 4 and each beta has brought something new. In the mobile data tab I can see my data usage from my allowance and I can enable wifi calling from there also and I get the opinion to purchase more data if needed.

      • danuals

Nice, think I’ve commented to you in the past on EE forum when I used to be with them. Vodafone are lame and slow with the uptake. no visual vmail either. I miss that.

      • burge

If you’ve been to the forum it’s more than likely.
