Watch Apple’s new video showcasing what iOS 10’s Home app is capable of

Apple has updated its webpage dedicated to HomeKit with refreshed design and a new 45-second video showcasing what the tock Home app on iOS 10 is capable of. The webpage has been reorganized around several common themes explaining how the Home app works, including features like device grouping, scenes, Siri support and remote control.

Apple continues to advertise the fourth-generation Apple TV as a HomeKit hub which allows customers to control smart home devices in their house from just about anywhere.

“Access your home remotely on your iOS device through Apple TV to do things like shut your garage door, view live camera video of the doorway, or even ask Siri to lower the thermostat—anything you normally do while using the Home app at home,” writes the company.
