StubHub, the world’s largest ticket marketplace, is launching today on the fourth-generation Apple TV as a free download in the tvOS App Store, according to an announcement this morning. With StubHub, you can browse, search and purchase tickets for various events from the comfort of your sofa. Owned by eBay, StubHub is an online marketplace for buyers and sellers of tickets for sports, concerts, theater and other live entertainment events.

StubHub for apple TV lets you purchase tickets for U.S. sports events such as NFL, MLB, NBA and NHL games and WWE/UFC fights, comedy shows, concerts by artists such as Adele and Drake, and more.

The user interfacer is fairly simple and includes beautiful event imagery and StubHub’s new brand look and feel. The app lets you search across available tickets in the United States by genre, artist, team or venue.

You can also discover events nearby or in a city across the country.

 should limit the app categories on  TV; It’s getting bad real fast.

Is PS Vue any good? i am trying to decide between that and sling tv.

Without a doubt Vue man. Since it is still fairly new, I’ve had a few minor issues on Fire TV and Chromecast, but overall it’s a great service. I had Sling for a month and was not very impressed.
