Interesting podcast with knowledgeable people, but I’d prefer something shorter with discussions that are more to the point, and less digressive. People listen to other podcasts and generally just don’t have time for 90-120 minute podcasts, especially when subjects tend to meander.

Bullet-point subjects, briefly tell the listener what you’re going to talk about, then get to it, and keep it moving. You’ve got a great 40-minute podcast hidden in there but it needs a little prep: you need to figure out what you’re going to say (and how you’re going to say it) before you start recording, and give subjects definitive time limits before moving to the next one.
