Keeping true to its promise, the Apple Watch world tour continues as the Cupertino firm on Friday expanded device availability to an additional seven markets around the world: Italy, Mexico, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland and Taiwan. Customers in the aforesaid markets can now purchase the device from the Apple Online Store, Apple’s retail stores and select Apple Authorized Resellers.

In addition, Apple has refreshed its website to confirm that the wearable device will launch in The NetherlandsSweden and Thailand on Friday, July 17.

In addition to the seven new Apple Watch countries, a curated selection of the Apple Watch has become available today from select retailers like 10 Corso Como in Milan, BOONTHESHOP Cheongdam in Seoul and Malmaison by The Hour Glass in Singapore.

The wrist-worn gizmo is also available for walk-in customers provided they have reserved their model using Apple’s Reserve & Pickup Apple Watch service. Apple has previously cautioned that walk-in sales in its brick-and-mortar stores will be available in a limited fashion, for “some models”only.

Thanks to everyone who sent this in.

Is the Apple Watch available in your country of residence and if so, will you be buying one soon?

  • Ángel Javier Esquivel

I will buy one, when I have the money, it’s to expensive for me, I’m in Mexico *Cires in Mexican Spanish*

  • Valinor

In the Netherlands its priced even priced higher… 419 euro for the 38mm sport edition. In Germany and France its 399 euro.

  • El Barto

In Italy the Watch Sport costs 419€ (~470$). If we keep the same ratio of almost 30% between the US cost and the Italian cost, the 16GB iPhone 6 should cost here almost 900€ (~1000$) (actually it costs 730€). I know here there is the VAT and stuff like that, but raising the price by a third is sheer robbery.

In Singapore Cheapest 48mm Model costs SGD 598

Who is running OS 2 Beta 2? Do you find it stable?

    • Parker Crain

Definitely more stable than Beta 1, I can actually use it now! lol. It’s still kinda buggy but very usable now, huge improvement over beta 1

Waiting for it to arrive in India
