In 2007 Apple redefined the mobile market with the iPhone. The revolution continues – and you can get involved with this iPhone 5 mega deal. For only $299 you can get your hands on a 16GB iPhone 5 and a 1 year of unlimited talk and text package  – saving 73% on the retail price.

With this deal you’ll receive a certified pre-owned 16GB iPhone 5 complete with everything you need to get started. Choose from stylish black or elegant white and you’ll receive a phone ready for many more years of trouble-free usage.

Plug it in, fire it up and take advantage of unlimited calls, texts and 500MB of free data every month. If you go over your data allowance you’ll pay a reasonable 2 ½ cents per MB. Call, text and surf to your heart’s content for 12 months with the FreedomPop network, a Sprint MVNO.

There’s no small print here, it’s all done up front. You’ll need to redeem this purchase on FreedomPop’s website where you’ll be asked for your credit card details. After one year’s free service, your card will be charged $19.46 every month unless you choose to downgrade to the 100% free plan. You can do this at any time.

Save 73% with iDownloadBlog and you’ll get the phone, unlimited text and talk, 500MB of data per month and 1 year of premium service at the crazy price of just $299.

The #1 reason I would want an iPhone is to be able to send and receive text messages from other Apple devices but this isn’t possible with FreedomPop because they force you to use their own app for calling and texting making the native phone app and texting app useless. I would never recommend FreedomPop to anyone.

you’re technically getting just data service. their app or other calling/messaging apps is what you’ll use to contact other people.

For 299$ i got iPhone 5C 16GB plus 500MB data per month for a 1 year. It was in Kazakhstan. After reaching 500Mb of data, no extra payment needed. Speed of internet just lows down a little bit

What I did, get a iphone from ebay. And then use cricket wireless.

  • Gabriel Anaya

What a rip off, I bought my brother a 32 gigabyte factory unlocked iPhone 5 off eBay for 210$.

    • Mr.Coolfreak

But you didn’t receive free unlimited talk/text and 500mb data for an year

      • Gabriel Anaya

Maybe not, but I don’t have to use the services lame apps either.

    This deal seems horrible.

“Save 73% with iDownloadBlog and you’ll get the phone, unlimited text and talk, 500MB of data per month and 1 year of premium service at the crazy price of just $299.”

You aren’t ‘saving’ 73%…you’re still over paying when you could get a much better deal elsewhere. This article is just advertising crap from iDownloadblog trying to make money from idiots.

Seems to be a lot of it around here…is this a blog or a merchant website I’m on?

“Plug it in, fire it up and take advantage of unlimited calls, texts and 500MB of free data every month”. what? plug what in? fire what up? freedompop uses sprint’s tower so no plugging anything in (sim card) and it just works after registration.
I bought my lil sis a used s4 from ebay and got the freedompop service last year and damn, can’t beat free service. it’s also lte so yeah. she’s still using it so it must mean it still works and i’m still not seeing a sneaky charge on my card from them.
