iCloud iPhone iPad Mac

Roughly two weeks after suffering a noticeable outage, several iCloud-related services are currently unavailable for some users, although Apple’s System Status page hasn’t been updated yet to reflect the issue.

Update: all services seem to be back online.

Many users are currently unable to download or update applications from the App Store or from the iTunes Store. iCloud Mail seems to also be affected, as well as other services relying on iCloud.

It’s safe to assume Apple is aware of the issue and is currently working on resolving it as soon as possible.

We will update this post once iCloud services are up and running again.

Thanks everyone who sent this in!

  • Glad to hear it’s not just me. Hopefully this will be resolved quickly.

Mail was having problems yesterday. Too bad there’s nowhere to report directly to Apple when we’re having issues.

    • You can report problems to Apple Support which is pretty much what you’d do with any company. You have an issue, find their contact page and contact them, notifying them of the problem…

I kept refreshing the apple support system page but nothing!.. I guess they dont even know about it..

Guess it just shows that no tech company is infallible. Going to make greater use of my portable hard drive now to be triple-safe.
