Most of your products I like to purchase but not available shipping to Canada. Please make it available to ship to Canada. Thank you.

    • Sorry, this is out of my control 🙁

It’s okay. What can we do.

Last time i bought one of the on sale battery packs you promoted i got screwed with an expensive piece of garbage. It was the tocc “18000” mah (actually closer to 8000).
No hard feelings, just know that i can’t really trust what you promote anymore. Maybe try testing things out before you advertise them…

Yea, I just bought an portsble battery charger off Amazion. Felt better about buying there after my questions were not answered here about the battery.

    • Hey, sorry you had a bad experience. Not sure when your order was placed, but if you don’t like it, you should email and return it.

Last time I ordered a product from you guys I had to wait almost 2 months for it to get to me. Then I got it and the USB cable wasn’t working.

    • I assume you’re talking about the ear buds? This was indeed pretty bad as the manufacturer took more orders than he could actually fulfill, putting tons of orders on back order. I’m really sorry about that. If the product was defective, I suggest you email and return or exchange the product.
