Contra – Social opinions platform

Contra

In most social situations, being overly opinionated could make a person seem like a jerk. If you strongly disagree with how the conversation is going, it may serve you best to just walk away. Not with this app, though. The more opinionated you are, the better. You can add your “two cents” to anyone’s conversation and start your own debate. If another opinionated poster makes you smile, follow him or her to get updates in the future. You can also subscribe to particular categories to receive notifications when someone starts up a conversation about them. This app is available for free.

Coup

Coup

The popular bluffing card game Coup is now available on mobile devices. You can bluff your way into power, steal from your opponents, and do whatever it takes to become the leader of the town. Using a variety of character cards, players try to earn enough coins to launch a coup against their opponents, which forces them to lose their influence so you can gain. This digital version includes five new cards and offers the Resistance expansion for added content. You can play with up to four players in online multiplayer mode. Create a private game and invite friends directly for a more personalized experience. This game is available for free.
