Poll: which Apple Watch Sport band color are you?

We recently asked you about your preferred Apple Watch case and now we want to learn which Apple-provided band Apple Watch Sport buyers will be picking up for their device.

We’re asking you to restrict your votes to the preferred band color for your Apple Watch Sport because that device has emerged as the de facto top choice for the vast majority of consumers.

The Apple Watch Sport has an entry-level asking price of $349 for the smaller 38mm edition, or an extra $50 for its 42mm counterpart.

As a quick reminder, the Apple Watch Sport has an aluminum case and is being offered in two finishes: Silver and Space Gray.

Keep in mind that while the silver aluminum case can be combined with your choice of white, blue, green, or pink fluoroelastomer bands, the space gray aluminum case of the Apple Watch Sport only comes with a matching black band.

Without further ado, cast your vote below.

You may not know it, but each Apple Watch Sport ships with a pair of bands in the box: one small-to-medium size to fit 130mm-180mm wrists and the other medium-to-large-sized variant for 150mm-200mm wrists.

What I find most fascinating are the minute differences in weight between different Apple Watch Sport bands, most likely due to the different colors weighing different amounts.

For example, a 130mm-180mm Apple Watch Sport White band weighs 47 grams while its 150mm-200mm counterpart is 51 grams. The blue models weigh 44 and 48 grams, the green versions are 43 and 48 grams, the pink editions weigh 42 and 46 grams and the black versions come in at 37 and 40 grams.

And yes, if you purchase a $49 Apple Watch Sport band separately, you’ll get the same two bands as well.
