The App Recap is iDB’s daily roundup of notable news from the wonderful world of iOS software. The latest picks include still-available discounts on popular titles like Grand Theft Auto: China Wars and Slated Keyboard for iOS 8, as well as some fresh new promotions.

Finish – ($0.99 free) – this app refers to itself as the “to-do list for procrastinators,” and was a 2013 Apple Design Award winner. Download it for iPhone here.

Mujo – ($1.99 free) – Apple has just named this unique tile-stacking puzzler its free App of the Week. Download it for iPhone and iPad here.

Updates

Finish – (free) – in addition to being discounted, the app also hit version 3.0 today. There are no longer in-app purchases, so everyone can gain access to all the features. Download it for iPhone here.

Gifx – (free) – add gif effects to your photos & videos seamlessly, and then share them with anyone, virtually anywhere. Download it for iPhone here.

AbridgeMe – (free) – a reference app that summarizes current events, as well as important historical events, in articles of 100 words or less. Download it for iPhone and iPad here.

Drop Wizard – ($0.99) – an old-school action arcade game where you play a wizard on a quest to save his friend turned into stone by an evil warlock. Download it for iPhone and iPad here.

Feed’em Burger – (free) – a twitch game that has you building custom-orderd hamburgers as quickly as possible. Download it for iPhone and iPad here.

P.A.C.O – (free) – a fast-paced action-jumping game in which you help a gang break out of prison. Download it for iPhone and iPad here.

Space Marshals – ($4.99) – a top-down tactical shooter set in a sci-fi-themed wild west, this game puts you in the hunt for dangerous fugitives after a prison break. Download it for your iPhone and iPad here.

Battle Slimes – ($1.99) – a local multiplayer game in which you use your bouncing blob of slime to try and kill the blobs of your friends and family by either stomping on them, or shooting bubbles. Download for iPhone and iPad here.

The Princess Bride – ($3.99) – believe it or not, this is the ‘official game’ for the 1987 hit movie of the same name. Download it for iPhone and iPad here.

Evernote Scannable – (free) – scan contracts, receipts, business cards, and virtually any other document, and then save them, upload them to Evernote, or share them with others. Download it for iPhone and iPad here.

    Someone to suggest me app to add my spending and track them? I need something simple, not like Level and others where you need bank acc.. I live in EU and our banks are not supported.. So I need something really simple 🙂
