Good deal: 42% off Tough Armor case bundle for iPad mini (plus a hot deal for iPhone 5s too)

By , Mar 16, 2014

Folks in the market for a new case for their iPad mini or iPad mini with Retina display may want to check out this new Tough Armor  case bundle from Stack Social. The deal site is offering a case, 3 screen protectors and a 5 foot Lightning cable at a steep discount.

The case is from Spigen’s Tough Armor line, which has churned out several popular iPhone cases, and there are 3 screen protectors—two for the screen, one for the back of your iPad. The Lightning cable is also made by Spigen and has been certified by Apple…

Here’s a breakdown of everything:

Tough Armor Case

  • Extreme Protection from drops and scratches.
  • Air Cushioned & Cross-net patterned TPU case, not textured plastic or silicone that’ll stretch out.
  • 1.5mm lip to protect the screen even without a screen protector.
  • Slimmer but more protective than other protective cases on the market.

Kuel C10L Sync + Charge Cable

  • Premium, Apple-Certified (MFi) charging and data transfer cable.
  • Compatible with iPod, iPod Touch, iPhone 5/5S/5C, iPad 4th Gen, iPad Air and iPad Minis – any iOS device with lightning (8-pin connector) charge ports.
  • 1.5M / 4.9 Feet long, 40% longer than the Apple Lightning to USB cable that comes with your iOS device.
  • Slightly thicker than the Apple Lighting to USB Cable to resist ripping or tearing at the connector ends.
  • Syncs between your computer and Apple device transferring data while charging the battery.

Crystal Screen Protector

  • 2 High-Definition Premium Screen Protectors designed for Retina displays + 1 Back/Body Protector.
  • No interference in the brightness and clarity of the iPad mini Retina display.
  • The strong surface hardness of 3H is designed to protect larger tablet-sized displays.
  • Easy to install and remove (Bubble-Free / No Residue).
  • Each film is cut precisely to fit the iPad mini / iPad mini Retina all the way to the bezel.

Now normally, if you were to purchase these 3 accessories separately from Spigen, you’d spend roughly $95—Tough Armor case alone runs $40. But for a limited time, Stack Social is offering everything for just $55. That’s a 42% discount and a savings of $40.

The deal is available worldwide. Domestic shipping comes along with the package, but international shipping costs will vary. There’s no warranty included, but Spigen offers a 30-day guarantee on its products. For more information on the promotion, click here.

A great deal for iPhone 5 and iPhone 5s too

Stack Social is also running an awesome deal that we previously covered for the iPhone 5 and iPhone 5s. For a limited time, the deal site is offering the Tough Armor Case, the GLAS.t SLIM—which we reviewed back in March, and loved—and an LCD Cleaner set for your iPhone at a significant discount. Individually, these items would cost you $80—that’s $30 for the Tough Armor Case, $30 for the GLAS.t SLIM, $10 for the two frames (gold and slate) and $10 for the LCD Cleaner. But Stack Social is offering it all for just $39.99.

I highly recommend Spigen. I got their Tough Armor deal for the 5s back in November, alongside many other Spigen products, and they were all excellent!

I have never used stack social before, so i thought it was kind of weird that you purchase a $90+ discount code from them for $55 and redeem it at spigen. I also paid for USPS one day shipping to CA for $6. not too shabby. BTW the ipad case is only available in the space gray color.

    Still an iPhone nudist 😛

I was too until I dropped my new 5s, luckily it didn’t shatter.

I dont like the exposed apple logo, which it was covered at least with a thin film.

Spigen is my favorite case maker though, recommend them to anyone

I must agree. I never understood why manufacturers leave the cut-out. Why would I want an extra opening just to collect dust & dirt?

I hate obnoxious branding. We already know it’s an “Apple” product. TBH, I could do without the “Spigen” logo too.
