apple store app

Apple has pushed a pair of tiny updates to its two Apple Store clients (iPhone and iPad versions are separate downloads) this afternoon. The updates bring the two apps to version 2.9.2 and 1.1.1 respectively, and include various improvements.

On the iPhone side, Apple has improved notifications for folks using the app in retail stores—users can now view notifications from within the app and on the Lock screen. And as for the iPad, Apple has added the ability to gift card purchases…

Here are the two change logs:

What’s New in Version 2.9.2

– Improvements to In-Store Notifications, including ability to view notifications in the app as well as on Lock screen. (US only)
– Various improvements and performance enhancements.

What’s New in Version 1.1

– Now buy Apple Store Gift Cards right from the app. Gift cards can be shipped by mail or delivered within 24 hours via email and they’re available in any amount from $25 – $2,000.
– Various improvements and performance enhancements.

If you’re interested, both apps are available in the App Store for free. You can find the iPhone version here, and the iPad version here. And while you’re in the app, remember that Apple is currently offering free music downloads. More on that here.

Well I have no clue what’s the problem, but you can use iLEX R.A.T.
I had a problem with my 5s couple weeks ago too and so I used it to “semi restore the phone” it worked like a miracle and even though the app is still in a 4″ format it all worked perfectly fine.
Thought you have to add one if those sketchy repos I added BiteYourApple and they had the app.
So at the end you will have a restored phone with cydia still on it.

One of the reasons why I ditched the jailbreak. It used to happen once a day and then it started happening every time I unlocked my iPhone or opened any app. All my tweaks were paid for and I literally had 6 of them installed.

Try going to safe mode first before semi restoring or removing all your tweaks to see wheter or not mobilesubstrate tweaks is causing this problem
