Those of you in the market for an iPad mini right now will definitely want to check out your local RadioShack. The retailer has informed us that it is offering free $100 gift cards with the purchase of entry-level iPad mini models for a limited time.
The promotion only applies for in-store purchases of the 16GB Wi-Fi-only first generation mini, and the gift card can’t be used until your next visit. Still, depending on how frequently you shop at RadioShack, this could equate to a $100 discount…
Additionally, the company says it’s offering up to $350 towards the purchase of an iPad mini when you trade-in an eligible tablet through its Trade & Save program. The value will vary depending on model and condition, but it’s something to consider.

“Available for a limited time, customers purchasing an iPad Mini (Wi-Fi 16GB) at RadioShack locations will receive a $100 RadioShack gift card for use on their next visit. In addition, customers can get as much as $350 toward their purchase* of an iPad Mini when trading in an eligible iPad through RadioShack’s Trade & Save program. This iPad Mini promotion will be available to in-store customers for a limited time this holiday season.”
If you happen to be looking for specials on devices other than iPads, Walmart is also running some deals through the holiday season. Right now, it’s offering the iPhone 5c for $27, and the iPhone 5s for $127 with a two-year contract from AT&T or Verizon.
These promotions are around for a limited-time only, and typically disappear on December 24.
