New iPads pricing and availability

Now that you know Apple has a new full-sized tablet, which it’s interestingly decided to call the ‘iPad Air,’ and new iPad mini with Retina display, most of us have two questions on our minds: how much? And when can I get one?

While it looks like the new iPad Air is going to be available within a couple of weeks, there’s no concrete launch date yet for the second generation mini. We’ve posted all of the pricing and availability details for both tablets after the fold…

iPad mini

  • available today
  • starting at $299 (US) for the 16GB Wi-Fi model and $429 (US) for the 16GB Wi-Fi + Cellular model.

iPad mini with Retina display

  • available ‘later in November’
  • starting at $399 (US) for the 16GB Wi-Fi model, $499 for the 32GB model, $599 for the 64GB model and $699 for the 128GB model.
  • iPad mini Wi-Fi + Cellular models will start at $529 for the 16GB model, $629 for the 32GB model, $729 for the 64GB model and $829 for the 128GB model.

iPad 2

  • available today
  • starting at $399 (US) for the 16GB Wi-Fi model and $529 for the 16GB Wi-Fi + 3G model.

iPad Air

  • available November 1
  • starting at $499 (US) for the 16GB model, $599 for the 32GB model, $699 for the 64GB model and $799 for the 128GB model.
  • Wi-Fi + Cellular models start at $629 for the 16GB model, $729 for the 32GB model, $829 for the 64GB model and $929 for the 128GB model.
