This jailbreak tweak allows you to add alternative search engines to Safari

Not satisfied with the available search engines present in mobile Safari? Then try SearchEnable on for size.

SearchEnable is a jailbreak tweak that allows you to add additional search engines to Safari. You’ll find Wolfram Alpha, Ask, and Baidu, among many other options.

Take a look at our video walkthrough inside for the full details…

Outside of Wolfram Alpha and a few others, I found that many of the search engines are ones that are fairly obscure for me personally, but perhaps some of our international readers would better appreciate the additions.

What do you think?

There use to be a tweak just like this one called Cicero by Phoenix3200. It was 10 times better than this particular tweak. It would allow you to make your own search engines and switch between your different search engines directly from Safari. The developer has not updated the tweak for ios 5.

I was excited by the title, then I saw it was only a set list. No DuckDuckGo = deal breaker. Lamecakes :(
