MyAssistant updated with new features, assorted bug fixes

Earlier this month, MyAssistant (aka MySiri) made its way into the Cydia Store. The jailbreak tweak adds a host of new options to your digital assistant, including controls for Settings toggles and Activator events.

Today, co-creator Andrea Oliva announced that MyAssistant 1.1 is now available for download, bringing a number of new features and bug fixes to the tweak. Keep reading for the full change log…

What’s new in MyAssistant 1.1:

  • Download with Siri by saying ‘Download’
  • Open any app with Siri by saying ‘Open app name’
  • Send a tweet with Siri by saying ‘Tweet’
  • Dismiss Siri command
  • Flashlight toggle
  • Added French and German language support
  • Shorter height bar option
  • Fix for ‘I don’t know what you mean by’ error
  • Mic bug fix
  • Custom background fix

The utility is one of the most full-featured Siri add-ons available, and recently made our list of top 10 Siri tweaks.

If you’re interested, you can find MyAssistant in Cydia, in the BigBoss repo, for $0.99. Of course, if you already own it, you can upgrade to 1.1 for free.
