This Theme Turns Your iPhone into a Kindle Fire

A little over a month ago, Amazon jumped head-first into the tablet market with its 7-inch Kindle Fire. The $199 slate runs a low-level version of Android, but you’d never know that from its well thought-out user interface.

In fact, Amazon’s tablet has already received a fair amount of praise. It’s sharp, eye-popping, and gives users quick access to media content. And even better, it’s coming to the iPhone with this jailbreak theme…

AppAdvice points to a new theme by falcon212 that can make your iPhone look and feel like the Amazon Kindle. The suite comes with tons of features including multiple default home screens, widgets, and scrollable dock icons. Here it is in action:

According to AppAdvice, Kindle Fire for iPhone should be available in the Cydia Store within the next week or so. It’ll cost you $2.49, and you’ll have to make sure you have the MacCiti repo (just add http://macciti.com/cydia to your Cydia sources list).
