Just like in the Mac version, QuickMath allows you to add, subtrack, divide and multiply numbers from the Spotlight search bar in iOS. Simply enter the equation and tap Search.
There’s really not much else to it. It’s a simple jailbreak tweak that works well, which I guess is the sign of a good utility. If you want to start solving math equations on your Spotlight screen, QuickMath is available in Cydia for free.
