iPhone 4 Jailbreak and Unlock to Be Released at the Same Time

Jailbreak and Unlock for iPhone 4

In a tweet sent today, MuscleNerd confirmed that the iPhone 4 unlock is ready now but it will only be released whenever the Spirit jailbreak is done, debugged and packaged.

A little earlier, PlanetBeing had sent a similar tweet stating that “we’re gonna be able to give you an unlock with the jailbreak”.

At this point, there is no doubt all the Dev Team is waiting for is Comex to finish up the work on Spirit, which release should be imminent.

There’s been a lot of waiting for the jailbreak and unlock but it seems there is light at the end of the tunnel. The Dev Team obviously doesn’t make us wait on purpose. They simply want to make sure the finished product will be bug free and stable.

    It’s perfect timing I say and the unlock is all I need jailbreak yeah once all the bugs are out but unlock my iphone4 and I’m golden!

    Hi there. Hold your horses, remember we already have 3 months waiting for this.

    However will be cool this guyz make it happen in this weeks, but bee realistic, can be this week, next week, next 15 days, next month.

    There’s no warrantee this going to happen soon.

    The only thing we have at hands is wait, wait and wait. and dont push these programmers, remember all this is FREE and the guyz don’t have any obligation with us and our phones.

    And next time DON’T UPDATE your iphones, we don’t have any clue if Dev-Team in a near future they will throw the towel.

    But its true it can be anytime.

    Sometimes I wish we have to pay for it, so we can have some kind of control of the release time.

    Wow you guys, they aren’t going to release it tonight. I give it 3-5 more days.

    Plus i doubt any apps will work when the jailbreak first comes out since no developers have had access to the iPhone 4 jailbreak. It’s going to be a while. I mean, not all of the app are even updated for the ios 4 yet.
