Steve spinelli I think I turn mine off this way I went to sounds then turn them all off and then if you want to turn fb sound off go to notifications but your ring will still ring k I hope this helps

on my iphone 4 , i have no sound, it off the vibe from the botton on the side. when i click on the volume on the side, it diplays headphone . i dont have any headphone pluged in. what do i have to do?
