i jailbreaked mine with greenpois0n and my freinds can still use the app store and get everything for free but i carn’t because it says insufficiant funds, and cydia i dont get at all? HELP ME! have i jailbreaked it wrong?

I just jailbroke my ipodtouch 4g, everything went fine and then i downloaded an app on cydia and it rebooted, so it just keeps rebooting, with the apple symbol then it will flash white then the apple symbol, flash white…. anything i can do???????
