But I think what happens is that AT&amp;T thinks that you are switching phones and are no longer using your iphone. You are, but with a SIM from a different phone that allows you to turn the data package off.
But when you have trouble with your iphone, AT&amp;T is not going to help you because your iphone is no longer officially on their network. If people would explain this, it would help.
