Calendar won’t sync from iCal on iMac to iPhone or MobileMe.

Changes I make to my iCal won’t sync to my Calendar on my iPhone, even when I sync it with iTunes. Nor do the changes show up on my MobileMe

    My iphone & mac stopped synching & found that my calendar on iphone was checked into Yahoo but I cannot uncheck it. what to do? How do I get it unchecked?
